What to Bring

Thinks to make their stay more comfortable
Please BRING

-
Collar and leash - Make sure your dog has a collar when you arrive. Collars must be martingale or non prong collars. If you need a prong for transport that is totally fine. We simply will remove it after bringing them into the facility. If your pup has a harness please bring for introductions and walks.

-
Food - Bring your dogs food - prepackaged by meal is preferred. If your pups are here for an extended period, then feel free to bring food packaged in Tupperware, gallon sized baggies, or plastic bins smaller than 12x12x12. For dogs that have wet food, or food that needs to be refrigerated or specially prepared, bring that as well - Please label it with date and pups name. Please bring extra food for your dog just in case. Do not bring dog bowls - if they need ‘puzzle bowls’ that slow the pups intake of food please specify that at drop off. If you have special treats please bring those.

-
Toys – As long as you know the toy is safe with them while unattended, please feel free to bring with you. Please only bring toys you are ok not going home with in the event they destroy them :)
-
Medication/Medical – Bring any medicine, boots, cones, etc… Please bring extra, in case of delayed pick up for any reasons. In the rare event they develop hot spots, or need first aid for a scratch, broken nail, or need to be treated while in our care we will add the supplies used to your balance. You will of course be consulted if anything happens!!!

-
Bedding (NO CRATES Please) – Please bring whatever bedding your dog uses at home. If they are prone to chewing when anxious, consider leaving at home. We want them to be safe and ensure there is no chance of ingesting any chewed materials. Tip: think about bringing something that smells like you… a t-shirt, dirty socks… whatever you think would make them feel at home. :)
